Magical Moon Water

Moon Water for Spiritual Practice
Water charged by the light or dark of the moon is a great way to add lunar energies to your spiritual practices and intentions. Once an obscure antique practice, it is coming back into favor with people exploring new and ancient practices in the evolving New Age. Spas are marketing moon water for bathing and drinking, with notables like Victoria Beckham indulging in the practice.


The water is set out in a vessel to be charged by the light of the moon, the phase of the moon determined by the needs of the practitioner.

Full Moons for energizing
New Moons for new beginnings
Waxing Moons (first quarter moon) for abundance and increase
Waning Moons (third quarter moon) for decrease and elimination, habit breaking, etc.
Eclipse (Full) Moons for banishing and release work, (I would not use this water internally)

Further, the moon passes through the signs of the zodiac, changing every 1 to 3 days. The signs bring their own special influence to the energies of the moon.

To capture these energies in water is a very easy process. One simply takes a glass jar – I like half-gallon mason jars, and fill it with spring, well, or rain water. I concentrate on my intention, and then I set my jar out in my yard at sunset and allow it to stand for several hours to overnight beneath the rays of the moon.

If you don’t have a yard where you can safely set your jar, a window where the moon’s light can fall on the vessel will work. The water will absorb the energies, much like a homeopathic remedy picks up the echo of the vibrational energies of the plant it is made from.
Once the water has been charged with the moonlight, you can use it immediately or wrap the jar in dark cloth and store it for later.If you like, you can add various crystals and gemstones to also impart their unique energies to the water. Make sure to use only non-soluble stones in the liquid, like quartz. If a softer or questionable stone is desired, place it around the outside of the jar or in a watertight container inside so it doesn’t come into direct contact with your moon water. Better to err on the side of caution.
Once you have your Moon Water, what do you do with it? So Many Things! You can add it to your bath for a spiritual cleansing. Add some Full Moon Water, flower petals, and essential oils for a sensual or ritual bath. Wash your third eye for heightened psychic awareness. Wash your hands with Waxing Moon Water before typing up your resume or shaking hands with an interviewer for a new job or loan. Anoint your cash with Waxing Moon Water to bring more prosperity to your endeavors. Make your tea with a bit of moon water to begin or break a habit, or just to add an extra lift to your energy. Add it to room spray or your essential oil diffuser it fill a room with its lunar vibe!
The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

I Don’t Have Any Gifts

When people are new on their path to awakening, I hear many of them say, “I don’t have any gifts” or “I can’t do what you can.” Or some other variation of those statements.

We ALL have gifts. And that means you.  Every single one of us on this planet. We are born with an innate sense of intuition because that is our connection to our Higher Self and to the Divine. It’s how we communicate with the Divine and know things. If you think you don’t have it, let me reassure you that you do. It’s just a matter of knowing how you receive your information, then recognizing it, then trusting it, then using it.

It may seem like some of us are more intuitive or gifted than others, especially millenials and younger. Many of you born after about 1980 came here more plugged in, have a stronger sense of intuition, gifts may have come in at a younger age. That’s intentional. As the planet is ascending, those of us born pre-1980 were building and holding the energy for the higher vibrational souls to come in. That doesn’t mean those of you born before 1980 are less gifted or less intuitive or that those born after are more gifted. It means those born after 1980 have been born into a higher energy planet thanks to those of us who laid the foundation. As such, the increased energy supports them for their gifts to come in earlier. It’s part of the plan for humanity to wake up.

In addition to intuition, which we all have, other gifts such as sensing and feeling energy, seeing purple angels or any number of other “cool” things, talking to the deceased, seeing auras, channeling beings etc, are specific to the individual. Talking to the deceased is called mediumship. Many people can do it. What differs is how they do it, that makes them unique. Channeling beings is the same thing – many people can do it, but which being they channel and how they do it makes them unique.

To confirm for yourself that you have other gifts, it’s just a matter of knowing which gift you have and how to use it. How you identify your gift is a longer explanation, but basically be aware. Start noticing what you think you may be able to do. Take classes that interest you. Watch youtube videos. There are no coincidences so good chance what you are interested in is indicative of a gift you may have. Follow that inclination.

Most importantly though, please refrain from saying you don’t have any gifts, you want more gifts, you can’t do what someone else does etc. The reason I implore you to stop saying these things goes back to law of attraction. We manifest with our thoughts. What you think and say can manifest because thought directs energy and energy follows thought. So be very careful what you say and think.

The more you say you don’t have gifts, guess what’s going to happen? The longer it will take for them to come in. The more you notice you don’t have what she has, guess what will happen? The longer it will take for you to discover what gifts you do have.

Remember my story on willingness? I was willing to be open to receive my gifts, but I was noticing I didn’t have any (rather, I thought I didn’t have any, we all have them) and I was comparing myself to others whose gifts were apparent. Therefore, I blocked the opening of my gifts then. In that blog post I said it wasn’t my time. That’s true. It wasn’t my time to receive them because I was blocking them. And because I was blocking them, it wasn’t my time to receive them. Was it part of my bigger plan, written in my records, that my gifts wouldn’t be noticeable to me until whatever year it was vs 1990-something when I was blocking them?  Probably, just so I could learn that lesson and one day figure it out and share it with you. 😊

The moral of that story is even if you are blocking your gifts from coming in right now by noticing and talking about the fact that they aren’t here may be part of your journey. That’s probably not the answer you want to hear, just like I didn’t want to hear it all those years ago. Like one of my favorite sayings, “It is what it is.” It will happen when it’s time. You control the timing. When you stop noticing they aren’t here, stop thinking about it, stop talking about it, stop talking about thinking about it, they will come in. And then it IS time.

Trust that your time is coming. You were born with your gifts, they just aren’t noticeable to you – yet.

Looking for Evidence

Remember the old song, “Looking for Love in all the Wrong Places?” We look for what we want in all the wrong places – evidence. We’ve been taught, programmed by society, our families, school etc to look for evidence. That’s how the world has worked. Want to lose weight? Step on the scale to look for the evidence – pounds coming off. Want to make money? Look at your bank account for more zeroes behind the comma. Want to meet somebody? See how many dates you can get.

It’s all back-a**wards.

Yep, it is.

It’s not in the evidence, my friends, it’s in the belief and knowing what you desire will happen. That’s the hardest point I have to get across when I teach manifesting workshops. You can do all the fancy affirmations you want while standing on your head. You can watch 10,000 youtube videos on law of attraction. You can look in the mirror and tell yourself you love yourself every day. Please, I’m not knocking these things, but they aren’t the key. The key is in the belief and knowing, not in the looking for evidence, convincing yourself, getting ten different psychic readings or having others tell you you’ll get what you want.

In the scientific world trials are done to prove a theory, a drug, a method, etc. In the criminal justice world evidence is required to convict a criminal. In the political world data (evidence) is collected to determine how a candidate is faring. That’s all science.

That’s what we’re taught in the “real” world, particularly in science. Manifesting is not a science. It’s trusting and believing you can create whatever you desire. Evidence doesn’t apply in this scenario. This is where spirituality and science diverge.

If you want to move from fact (science) to fiction (imagination, manifesting) so to speak, drop the search for evidence. Gathering evidence doesn’t work in the manifesting world because it’s the opposite of knowing and believing. When you’re searching for evidence, you’re asking for proof. When you need proof, you don’t have the answer, you’re in doubt, therefore you don’t trust and believe. We want evidence because we want to feel safe, reassured by having an answer. We want to feel secure in what the future holds because we’re scared. That’s ok, we were taught that. Now is the time to learn a new way.

To truly manifest, trusting, believing and knowing you will get that which you desire, IS the secret ingredient. It’s the special sauce! It’s the KFC Colonel’s secret recipe and now you have it.

You know the old saying, “Seeing is believing,” meaning you have to see it (have proof) before you can believe it. You have to see the scale going down to prove you lost the weight. You have to see the  zeroes behind the comma in your bank account to know you’re rich. In manifesting, the opposite is true. Believe it first, then you will see it coming true. See all those digits in your bank account and it will come true. See the pounds coming off and then they will.

I think I just heard a collective groan. Ok, I know, sounds easy. So, let me tell you a story. We all love stories!

Years ago, I was laid off from a job twice in a row from downsizing. Even though I wasn’t connected to my higher self and intuition then as I am now, I didn’t panic, which was unusual for me because I went to the school of panic growing up. I didn’t freak out and think I needed to sell my house or get any old job or two to pay the bills. I didn’t stay up at night worrying I’d be sleeping under a bridge soon. Maybe I should have panicked (I’m laughing as I say that) knowing my bank account wasn’t as healthy as I’d have liked. Maybe I was too stupid to panic! Ok, that’s a joke. But seriously, I didn’t panic.

At that time I wasn’t the most positive person, didn’t know what manifesting was and wasn’t into affirmations. Even though I knew I had the skills and the confidence to get another job (I did and wasn’t laid off), that doesn’t guarantee you’ll get a job. I’m tempted to say again maybe I was just being naive thinking if I put out my resumes, I’ll get a job. Just putting out resumes guarantees nothing. There’s no proof you’ll get a job because you applied and interviewed.

Could definitely lead to panic mode. Instead somewhere deep inside I knew I’d be ok, I wouldn’t be sleeping under that bridge. THAT, my friend, was the Universe talking to me.  I didn’t know it then, but looking back, the Universe had my back! It didn’t let me down. By not panicking, by not looking for proof I’d get a job (there is no guarantee in job searching anyway), I landed on my feet. Somewhere deep inside I knew, I trusted, I’d be ok. And I was. Got a new job, kept my house, kept paying my bills, life was still good.

The moral of the story is I trusted and believed on some level I’d be ok. I didn’t get into panic mode, I didn’t run around looking for evidence that I’ll get a job and life will be ok. I just put one foot in front of the other and took the necessary steps while believing.

Have you had a similar experience in your life where the universe had your back? Even if you didn’t realize it at the time like I didn’t, I bet you have. You didn’t freak out, you didn’t require all kinds of evidence and guess what? What you wanted came true! That is manifesting.

If you did it once, you can do it again. Just remind yourself next time you’re “looking for love in all the wrong places,” no, I mean looking for evidence, that you don’t need it. You already have what you need – trust, belief and knowing you got this. And that the Universe has your back! Just believe it. It’s true.

Lions Gate 8/8/2019 – Maximize Your Potential

 

 

As we approach the date of 8/8, a day that  is known as The Lions Gate, it is an excellent time to take a look a look at what events have occurred over the last year that have been significant and at what wounds have been triggered that we are still carrying.  The Lions Gate is a time of alignment of the Earth, the star Sirius, and the galactic center. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s Belt directly aligns with the Pyramid of Giza.  The alignment is called Lions Gate because it occurs when the Sun is in the astrological sign of Leo.

Sirius is known as our “Spiritual Sun”.  We are constantly bathed in the cosmic rays generated by the Sirius system which includes Sirius A the large star and its binary twin the dwarf star known as Sirius B.  The ancient Egyptians New Year was at the time of Sirius’s helical rise, or first appearance on the Eastern horizon just before sunrise. This was also the time of year when the Nile River would flood bringing life and fertility to the fields.  It is interesting to note that the ancient Egyptians somehow knew of the existence of the dwarf star despite the fact that it is not visible to the naked eye.

Around July 6, Sirius is conjunct our Sun starting a phase of its closest proximity to our solar system and there is upswing in the cosmic rays which infuse us photon light energy, light codes and divine wisdom.  These cosmic rays, all the information and activations are automatically received by all life and all of the planet herself.  It is up to each individual to access and integrate the information.  The challenge is in the translating the information from light language to our own human language to be fully understood and integrated.  This often happens in dream work, flashes of insight or understanding and the AH HA moments.  If we pay attention to where we are triggered or what comes up for us in these months we can amplify our learning.  We can also further integrate these energies through meditation, day dreams, being in nature and silent contemplation.

This year we are coming off a full solar eclipse on July 2 and partial lunar eclipse on July 16 as well as there being 5 planets in retrograde which amplifies the energy of releasing the past.  Take advantage of this time by be aware of thoughts of the past that might be coming up, patterns that are recurring themes in your life, old wounds that may play on continuous loop in your mind, set the intention to release the negative aspects and let these wounds be healed by divine self-love and acceptance.

With Lions Gate occurring in the time of Leo, which is the sign most associated with individual expression of the divine self and the heart center, this is a potent time for personal growth.  Development happens through release of old patterns, integration of divine wisdom from the higher self and multidimensional realms brought in to our consciousness.  The key is to be aware, be self-loving and be willing to make different choices than the ones made in the past while finding ways to love our more self-sabotaging mind loops and programs to wholeness.  The Lions Gate energy gives us an opportunity to grow and an accelerated pace, particularly on 8/8, 8/17 and 8/26 – all of which have the infinite energy of 8 doubled.

Be aware and mindful during the next month use the cosmic energy and wisdom to its, and YOUR, highest potential!

Determination of the Monarch

 

If a genie popped out of a bottle today to grant you just one wish, what would it be?

I might have to choose a trip to Mexico to see the Monarchs in their winter home. I’ll never forget the moment in the film Flight of the Butterflies when Dr. Fred Urquhart experiences the affirmation of a lifetime of work and study as he stands in the presence of thousands of monarchs draped over their favorite trees high in the mountains of Mexico. It had taken 40 years of committed effort on his part and many volunteers across the continent to discover the sacred place.

It’s interesting to me to think about the similarities in Dr. Urquhart’s devotion and that of the monarchs themselves. If you’re familiar with their life cycle, you know that monarchs travel a year-long migratory route to the northern U.S. for a few generations and then a Super Generation flies from Canada to Mexico to winter in the same location where their ancestors have. We know this now because of Dr. Urquhart’s work.

The butterfly in the picture above is one that visited my garden last week. There was an ambitious breeze that day and the butterfly was hanging on for dear life. Its wings fluttered and it appeared as if it was glued to the flower; so determined was it to complete its goal of nourishing itself.

From time to time it was literally blown from the blossom and beat its wings against the airflow until it regained its bearings, circled and landed on the flower again. Repeatedly, it would approach the bloom only to be blown back, forced to repeat the process multiple times before hitting its mark.

It made me wonder about my own determination and focus when I have a goal or mission.  Unlike an insect driven exclusively by instinct, we as human beings have greater choices about how we’ll spend our time and what we want to create for our lives. Our struggles are different, but we also sometimes feel, like the monarch in my yard, as if we’re being blown around or even blown apart when life is other than smooth sailing.

We must be determined when seeking to get our needs met, striving to do our job or moving toward a goal.  It can seem like we’re hopelessly beating our wings against a gale force. What can we do in these times? Here are my suggestions:

Remember and accept who you are.

Not who others have told you to be or who they’ve suggested you are. Go inside and connect to who YOU truly are. There is power there for you.

 

Honor the desire, goal, mission that you have chosen.

Self-will can feel like a burden when we have open ended choices, but it is truly a gift. We wouldn’t want to live without it.

If your heart’s desire has changed, take steps to move in the direction of your new desire in a way that will not damage you or others.

 Even a small step in the right direction opens energy for more movement forward and has a way of giving us courage to continue.

Be open & curious about ways that your goal can be met in ways different from what you yourself have imagined.

Having too narrow a focus blocks energy and makes us blind to opportunity.

Hold a space of possibility.

Another way of saying: “Don’t give up.” See the vision before you and, like the monarch in my yard, when you feel the wind gust, just circle and find an opening for re-entry.

 

 It occurred to me as I sat on my patio watching the monarch in my butterfly garden that to someone who didn’t know otherwise, this scene could look like a choreographed dance. The sway of the long stemmed blossom, the fluttering of the lovely wings as the insect circled again and again until it was able to gently return to the flower.

I wonder if maybe it would be possible for us to see the challenges we face as a dance and flow with the rhythm as we move forward to land on our mark. What might be possible with this mindset?

Put a Bubble Around You

As an empath it is common advice to put a bubble around ourselves to protect us from other people’s energy.

First, what is an empath? An empath is someone who can pick up on other’s emotions, feelings, energy. Somewhere I read 20% of the population are empaths. I think it really means 20% of people are “awake” empaths because truly, we are all empaths. (Don’t forget just because you read it on the internet doesn’t make it true!) That’s how humans are wired. You’ve probably had the experience where you walk into a room and you can feel the angry energy. Someone is silently seething or just had a fight before you walked in. Or you answer the phone only to hear the sadness in your friend’s voice. That’s being an empath. We’ve all experienced something like that at some point.

It makes sense that humans, as social beings, would need to pick up on other’s energy. Think about cave man times. If you and your buddy are out hunting and you notice he’s shaking with fear, good to know, right? You can tell him to go hide or go back to camp instead. Animals sense fear. If he’s riddled up with fear, he’s going to be the hunted, not the hunter. And if he’s the prey, you may be next. So good to know he’s in fear, right? Being an empath was survival in those days. It was hard wired into us. Today thankfully being an empath isn’t always necessary for survival, but it can sure help your EQ (emotional intelligence quotient) and your peace of mind.

So not to burst anyone’s bubble that feels special by being an empath, we are all one. An “awake” empath (my definition) is someone who knows they are one and knows how to manage it. Just because you are an empath, doesn’t mean you know what to do about it. I didn’t. I know many who didn’t and  don’t. It’s ok, now you know you are an empath, now you learn how to deal with it.

If you aren’t aware you’re an empath (part of being human) and then don’t know what to do about it, it can cripple you in the sense that you don’t want to leave the house or just make your days really lousy. For example, do you like to go to the mall? If the answer is no, then your empath antenna is working because you’re picking up all that chaotic energy. But you don’t know what to do with it.

When you are on your journey of awakening and your empathic abilities begin to open, you start to feel more of other people’s energy. It’s what you do with it that matters.

The common advice is to put yourself in a bubble so you don’t feel and take on everyone else’s energy. The bigger picture is to first recognize what you are feeling – agitated? Frustrated? Angry? Sad?

Then check in & see if it’s yours.

Ask yourself: Is it mine?

Yes or no?

If no, then it does not matter whose it is. It doesn’t. Better not to try to figure it out. It’s tempting to our ego to try to prove what a great psychic or intuitive we are because we picked up the lady in red over there is really irritated about something but trying hard not to show it. It doesn’t matter, no offense. It’s just clutter. We don’t need to know. Really, we don’t need to know who is thinking or feeling what. What we do need to know is that it’s not ours.

If you are learning to hone your intuition, then a better “game” to play would be to tune into your friends or family and then have them validate what you picked up on. You can’t validate with strangers and at the end of the day, like I said, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you know it’s not your energy.

Some may say the exception is if you “need’ to tune into someone to assist them in some way. (IMO that’s a personal choice whether you feel you need to assist a stranger because you feel something about them.)  Give them a message? Send healing energy for their greatest good? Just so you know, if you send them healing energy and their soul doesn’t want to accept it, they won’t. So you are never in error. Whatever you do, follow the golden rule and do it in love.

If we go to the mall or Disney World or even our office and let other people’s energy bother us, then we are not using our own energy wisely. Why do we want to be agitated by other people’s chaotic energy? It doesn’t feel good.

Most of us would agree, no, we wouldn’t want to get agitated by other people’s energy. But we do if we don’t know we are. That’s where the awareness level comes in.

When we are being called to vibrate higher, when we are waking up, it’s best not to be irresponsible with our energy. Meaning, try not to react all the time to other’s energy. Healthier for us not to walk into the mall and then let our mood slip to instant irritation.

Notice it. “Huh, why am I all of the sudden irritated? Why did my mood change?”

Or maybe you notice you just snapped at your kid for nothing. Why? Oh, because you felt some energy from someone else and didn’t know it so you reacted to it unconsciously.

Now that you checked in and know it’s not your energy you just reacted to, then choose not to let it influence you. Say to yourself, “I choose not to feel everyone else’s energy and thoughts. I am in the present and I choose only to experience my energy and thoughts. How do I want that to be?”

Going back to the beginning of this article, many people will recommend you put a bubble around yourself to protect yourself from experiencing everyone else’s energy. I say look at that as training wheels. Meaning, when you first learn and accept that you are an empath, that can be overwhelming in and of itself. Having a strategy to help you out with it is quite ok. IMO there’s nothing wrong with imagining you have a bubble of protection around yourself or walls of steel or whatever you choose.  Going to the mall? Zip yourself up first. Contain your energy. Protect it.

Then when you feel more comfortable identifying other people’s energy and using discernment to recognize it’s not yours, then you can graduate to leaving the bubble at home.

Part of waking up and becoming more conscious is always managing our own energy no matter what is going on around us. I didn’t say that was easy, but that is the goal. Like any goal, take it in steps. So if putting a bubble around you is your first step, then feel free to do it. If you have to do it for twenty years, that’s ok too. No one is judging you for your coping mechanisms. Just know the ultimate goal is to no longer need the bubble.

Living in Full Bloom

What’s your favorite flower? Mine is the peony. I encountered my first one face to face in  Monet’s garden  in Giverny. I was literally transfixed at the sight of a group in the garden as we entered the area. It seemed like I was seeing what a flower is meant to be for the first time in my life. Peonies have luscious opulent petals and heavy blooms. My taste had always been for more delicate flowers.  It has taken me years to understand what called to me about that particular flower as I’ve purchased them for myself time and time again only to be disappointed when they were spent so quickly. What I’ve come to realize is that it is just this characteristic of the flower that appeals to me most. It speaks to me of the way I need to approach life, a complete jumping in with full commitment and spreading of the essence free from timidity. Peonies begin with tight buds as most flowers do. It often seems that they will never reveal themselves with how tightly they are wound within their inner coil. When they do begin to open, they go full on, showing themselves in all their magnificence, holding back nothing and then they fade rather rapidly after that. It’s such a sad thing to see a flower spent, but the memory of the bloom and the way it gave itself to the world for those few days is priceless. Such a lesson for us to understand that holding back who we are, being shy about expanding to full capacity in our lives will not gain us another single day on the planet. All it will do is leave a lesser version of ourselves than was possible.  One of my favorite movies is Calendar Girls. In this movie one of the characters says this:
The flowers of Yorkshire are like the women of Yorkshire.
Every stage of their growth has its own beauty,
but the last phase is always the most glorious.
Watching another of my favorite flowers this past week, I was able to witness a similar progression. This time it was a beautiful hibiscus that hadn’t bloomed in years. We had several consecutive days of rain and it seems my little sleeper plant decided it was time to produce again. It gave me one glorious bud the first day, opened full bloom the second and then dropped its withered blossom to the ground on the 3rd day. That was it, 3 days from start to finish, but the glory of that bloom was an amazing thing to behold.
My take away from this experience is that we need to bloom full on with whatever we have to offer to the world. Blossom, shine, radiate your beauty so completely while you’re here that people will be transfixed by your presence, just as I was in the gardens of Giverny. Don’t worry about how long you will bloom or what color your blossoms will be. Don’t compare yourself to the blossoms of others – you may be full, lush and heavy like a peony or you may have a few exquisite petals and a dynamic stamen that shoots forth from the center like a hibiscus. Whatever way is yours to open and share the treasure that comes from your bud; do it; don’t wait. And don’t worry about the last phase because as John from Calendar Girls has said: “. . . the last phase is always the most glorious.”

Dear Fellow Travelers,

Are you people pleasing yourself into an early grave? Sound a bit dramatic? Have you ever read the research on what being overly accommodating can do to your body, mind & spirit? If you do an online search for “people pleaser’s disease” you’ll find enough to keep you busy reading for a few days.

When we have a need to put other people’s desires and happiness ahead of our own we may be doing a disservice to both ourselves and them. We can all agree that being pleasant, considerate and helping others in life is a positive thing. The problem comes when we are giving from a feeling of obligation or a dysfunctional need to be liked or affirmed. We set our own needs aside and this causes major negative consequences. In addition to the stress created from lack of self-care, we put ourselves in danger of being taken of advantage of; we teach the people in our lives that we are willing to serve their needs ahead of our own. This is often followed by resentment when we become depleted or we don’t receive the reaction from others we seek. What’s the cost of that resentment for our personal health and relationships? Here’s what I’ve learned.

Resentment produces stress which in turn moves us into the “fight or flight” syndrome. Once this occurs, cortisol and adrenaline levels increase. Implications for being in this state for extended periods of time impact us on all levels of our being. In the physical body it leads to an increase in heart-rate, can result in adrenal fatigue, lowered immunity and digestive issues. In regards to the mind, we can experience muddled thinking, lowered problem solving abilities and failure to see possible opportunities. Since this state lowers our endorphins that help keep us happy, we may have difficulty accessing the “positive” emotions of love, gratitude & compassion. Our hearts become heavy and the world starts to look dreary as these conditions cloud our view.

And what about the people toward whom we feel this resentment? We often blame them for the way we feel, failing to see that we have the power to choose in each moment what we offer to others. Then, because we are holding them responsible, but are unwilling to communicate, we may become snappish and hateful to the very people we chose to serve. Passive aggression can now rule our interactions. This is not a powerful way to live. What can you do to avoid being in this place?

  1. Realize that your choices are your own.

Take accountability for your choices and if you’ve been blaming other people, stop.

  1. Understand that you have a right to say “no”.

This can be extremely uncomfortable. Start small, if necessary. Try turning down an invitation for lunch with a friend when you know it will put you behind on something you need to do or when you need the time to yourself. The discomfort will ease as you learn to value your own self-care. Practice saying “no” without explanation, a simple: “That’s not possible for me right now.” is enough. People may be annoyed for a while if they are accustomed to hearing “yes”. Consider that as you learn to honor your authentic needs, you show them how to honor theirs as well.

  1. Get clear about your motivation for being helpful.

Ask yourself if you’re operating from a false sense of obligation and also look to see if being helpful fulfills a need you have to be liked or affirmed. Is doing things for other people a coping skill you developed as a child in order to be included or accepted? Is it tied to your beliefs about love and/or worthiness?

So many of us were raised in environments where we were taught to constantly put the needs of others ahead of our own. We may even have been required to perfect our people pleasing skills for survival. It’s up to us to get clear for ourselves about how we’re making choices to be of service so we can live harmonious, joyful lives free from resentment. Listen to this message from

What Waking Up is Not

There are a lot of misperceptions about waking up and many different definitions of ascension. One thing I think many of us can agree on is what waking up is not. I bring this up because I had these questions when I started on my path to awakening. If I’m questioning these things, I’m betting others are too. Let me share with you what I know and learned.

Being awake or conscious does not mean you have a lot of knowledge about the universe, manifesting, psychic phenomena etc. It can mean you have that knowledge, but it does not have to mean that. Just because a person knows a lot about spiritual topics does not mean they are awake. The reason I tell you this is so you are not misled by someone who knows a lot of stuff. That’s great they know a lot of stuff and can probably educate you on a wide variety of topics. But it doesn’t necessarily mean they are awake. If you want to learn to be awake, learn it from someone who is more advanced on the path to awakening than you, not necessarily someone who has more knowledge than you. There’s a difference. People can wow you with fluff, but it may be just that – fluff.

Just because a person is a really good psychic or an awesome healer or a really cool whatever doesn’t mean they are awake. A lot of people get stuck on this. It can definitely mean that, but it doesn’t have to. There are plenty of good healers, psychics, hypnotists, mediums etc out there who are not awake. That doesn’t mean they aren’t good at what they do. It just means they may not be fully conscious. If they are bragging about how good they are, then there’s your first clue they aren’t fully awake. Awake people don’t brag because they have no need to. And conversely, just because someone is awake does not mean they are drawn to be a psychic, healer, medium, channeler etc. They might be doing some other profession entirely.

If someone is negative, a gossiper, complains, brags, shames, judges, compares etc, even just a little, that’s a no-brainer they are not awake. Awake people no longer engage in those behaviors. That is not a judgment, just a fact. You can sniff that one out pretty quickly. The definition of being awake is the opposite of those things.

Taking yoga, tai chi, chi gong or other meditative types of exercise does not mean someone is awake or even on their path. It just might mean they like that type of exercise, period. When people start to wake up they tend to gravitate towards those practices because they usually promote stillness, quieting the mind and breathing, but it does not mean everyone in the class is waking up. Sometimes these exercises can become trendy and then everyone and their brother along with their whiny kids are in those classes. Use discernment to know who might be on their path and who isn’t, including the teacher. Certain teachers may annoy you because they clearly are not very awake. If that’s the case, move on, find another class.

Therapists, coaches, counselors, mentors etc also may not be on their journey of awakening. Because of the nature of their business they are typically more aware than most people but they may not know what consciousness or ascension means in spiritual terms. They may be really good at what they do, but they may not know much about what we’re talking about here. That doesn’t mean you can’t work with them, unless you want someone who has knowledge on awakening.

Some people can become spiritual junkies. They are learning and learning and learning but never apply any of it. I’ve seen it happen and you may have too. No judgment, just an observation. Just be aware if you don’t want to get caught in that loop. Real knowledge is in applying it.

Other people like to talk about all the cool stuff they get in visions or hear statues talking to them or whatever. Don’t be dazzled by it and think they are “all that” and you are not. It depends on the context they are sharing with you, of course, but some people tell you so they can feel better about themselves, how special they are, how awesome their gifts are.  Just know you will get some cool gifts too if you haven’t already, but your gifts will be different because everyone’s are unique to them.

Positive people. We all like to be around them. Just because someone appears to be (notice I used the word “appears”) positive, upbeat, sunny, smiley, you name it, doesn’t mean they are awake either. The reason I say appears to be is because some people put on a really good front but when they are alone or at home they are not the same upbeat person. Or they could be putting on a really good mask but in fact are in a lot of pain or denial. Or they truly are positive, but that doesn’t equate to awake. It’s a really good start because they have probably let go of a lot of the “negative” behaviors many of us take years to release. But it doesn’t necessarily mean awake. Again, use discernment because you’d have to know the person deeper to see for sure. If nothing else, they’re probably fun to be around.

I hope this clears up what may have been confusing you. Part of waking up is using your own intuition, your own knowing. The better you get at that, the more you’ll see these things for what they are. Everyone is on a journey. Those that exhibit the behaviors above are not bad people. They’re learning too. Energy Healing: A Path To Wellness

Everything in this world is energy, regardless of what form it is in – and it is vibrating. Some energy is visible to the human eye while other energies are not. Different energies vibrate at different frequencies which is what makes them all appear and feel differently from one another.  For example, our bodies are much different than a table, but both are pure energy.  We are all beings of pure energy, and energy flows all around us.  It is our vibration that makes us uniquely individual.

Invisible energy is all around us in the form of electromagnetic waves.  From the smallest waves or gamma rays used to kill cancer cells – all the way up to the largest waves used to broadcast radio and television signals.  The only visible electromagnetic energy on the spectrum is color.

Even our emotions have energy or vibrations.  The emotion with the lowest vibration is Shame.  And the ones with the highest vibrational levels are Love, Joy, Peace and Enlightenment.  We can notice the vibrations of emotions by how we feel.  How do you feel when you think, “I hate my boss.” or “I don’t have enough money?”  Now think of a time when you were full of love and joy – perhaps your wedding day or the day your child was born.  If we feel light, we are in the higher vibrational emotions.  If we feel heavy, we are in the lower vibrational emotions.  Sometimes we even feel these emotions in a part of our body, like our throat, chest or stomach.

As we mentioned earlier, energy fields for most people are invisible to the naked eye.  But in 1939 a man named Semyon Kirlian developed an amazing technique called Kirlian photography.  He was able to show the hidden energy fields of animate and inanimate objects with a special photographic process.

In this well-known photo below, scientists took a photo of an uncut leaf on the left.  Then they cut the tip off the leaf, as shown in the center.  After cutting the leaf, they took a Kirlian photo of it on the right.  The shape of the leaf or its energy field is intact!  Even though the upper part of the leaf was physically removed, the energy field of the leaf remained.  This is analogous to the energy field that is within each of us!  Our energy field is our blueprint, just like in the leaf.

When we have blocks or distortions in our energy field, over time they manifest in physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual distress or dis-ease.  The last place that energy imbalances manifest is in the physical.  Physical issues start first in the energetic field and slowly work their way to the surface and emerge with symptoms that grab our attention, but they’ve been there for quite a while, deep in our energy systems.

For the physical body to truly heal itself, the energy imbalances must be corrected.  Much of Western medicine simply treats the symptoms, but energy healing is detective work that digs in to find the root causes.  We must remember that in holistic medicine and energy healing “anything causes anything” since mind, body and spirit are all interconnected through our energy fields.  Balancing our energy fields supports the efforts of Western medicine in many situations.

Energy healing and an understanding of the universal life force has been known by dozens of names over thousands of years across many cultures.  In fact, Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, a Hungarian biochemist and 1937 Nobel prize winner said, “In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy.”

There are over 100 different modalities of energy healing.  Some you may have heard of, some you may not have and still others you may not have even considered as an energy healing modality.  Here are just a handful:

It’s Not About Your Gifts – or is It?

A lot of people come to me because their gifts are coming in and they don’t know what to do with them or why they’re coming in. Oftentimes our gifts or spiritual abilities come in as we awaken because we are more open to receiving them. But that isn’t always true. There are plenty of people who are not awake who have gifts. Why theirs came in and others take so long to get them, I can’t say as it’s unique to each individual.

If yours aren’t coming in yet or are just now coming in it may be because you weren’t ready to receive them earlier. Maybe you had doubts around them. Maybe it scared you. Maybe you were afraid of being judged. Only you can know that answer.

Many of us (especially those of us who are older than millennials) had gifts when we were children but we shut them down. More than likely it was fear, but not knowing the circumstances for each person, I can’t say for sure. When I was a child, I think I saw things, spirits, energy, but it’s such a vague memory I can’t be quite sure, yet on some level I know it was true. In any case, I believe I shut it down out of fear. Many other people have told me that story so it’s a common theme. As you grow into adulthood and get on your path to awakening you are more receptive to your abilities again so they will return. Mine did.

There’s a lot of misperceptions around waking up. One is that if you have more gifts, or any at all, then you are more awake than someone else. That is not necessarily true. It can be true, but it can also not be true. I’ve seen it many times. All it really means is you have abilities and maybe more abilities than someone else. That doesn’t make you better. I’ve seen a lot of people get into their ego about having their gifts. I’ve seen them talk about their gifts to others who don’t have gifts (or think they don’t) to impress these wide-eyed people. That’s called being in your ego. The ego is something we let go of as we awaken.

There are people I know that are more awake than the average person on their path and even they aren’t loaded with gifts. There are plenty they don’t have. They have their share. They have enough. They have what they need. They are content with what they have.

Why do we get gifts or abilities as we wake up?

As I said earlier there are plenty of people who have gifts who are not awake. Why, I can’t say because I don’t know their situation. For most of us who are on a path to awakening our gifts come in because now we are open to receiving them whereas before we might have blocked them for various (usually subconscious) reasons.

Part of waking up or ascending is getting re-connected to the Divine. I say re-connected to because when we are born the veil comes down and we lose our memories of who we really are and our Divine connection. (Yes, today some children are being born with those memories, but most of us who are adults now did not.)  In the process of waking up we remember we are connected to the Divine. Part of being connected to the Divine is having spiritual gifts because the Divine is a combination of all of the gifts.

How does the Divine communicate with us? Through our intuition or knowing. Therefore, our intuition strengthens as we wake up. That’s why many people all of the sudden become psychic. Or realize they have psychic abilities. Intuition is everyone’s main gift. We all have intuition, just some of us aren’t aware of it. Intuition is how we communicate with the Divine and our Higher or True Self, which is the super-conscious part of ourselves.

We may have other abilities such as being able to communicate with those that have crossed over (mediumship), working with deceased who are trapped and can’t cross over, psychometry, channeling, energy worker (which has many forms) etc.  All of these gifts are forms of communicating with the Divine in some way. The Divine is in all of us. We are all Divine. As we wake up, we remember that.

Celebrate your gifts, be thankful for them, use them to benefit yourself and others. Try not to let them scare you if they do because there’s nothing to be scared of. It is just your connection to the Divine strengthening. It’s a beautiful thing.

It’s not about your gifts per se, it’s about celebrating you and your connection to the Divine.

When anything is growing in a “Cascading Effect” it means simply “Layers and Layers of Love Live Here,” if it is in Pink.  Use Pink to bring Love if you are desiring it to appear. Place 2 roses or two Pink Star Lilies in a vase in your bedroom on the far right hand side.  That will draw a love to you.  Certainly PRAY for the PERFECT COMPLIMENT TO YOUR SOUL TO APPEAR.

If the blooming color is a shade of yellow all the way to golden then the Power Feng Shui Energies of Prosperity/Good Health is blooming and “Cascading” if you are really lucky.

Should there be Purple blooms the Color of Empowerment/Wealth rules at that location.

White ones are for Creativity, Children, Intellectual mentors to bloom.

Red blooms are all about Fame/Future/Recognition.

Anything “Blooming” is going to bring new options that are “Blooming for You.”

Isn’t it time? I agree…. Go for it. Have a planting party with your friends. Rotate house locations on the weekend nights and get all of the neighborhood done. Use a drawing to set priorities by drawing lots of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc..

Create something…..

Live in the NOW…..It is all we have……

Free Will Above & Below… Electromagnetic Energy Field of Humans

For years people have asked me about the Electromagnetic Energy Field they have that sometimes causes things to break or lights blow out or any manner of odd things happen, especially when they are extremely emotionally upset. I have many times in my silent anger seen the lights go out where I am waiting to buy something.  I am NOT bragging.  When we are so intense it expands our energy field and things “pop” or break around us.

This email arrived from a metaphysically enlightened friend.  It has really caused me to pause for thought on exactly what and how I am causing things to happen that are needless, IF ONLY I have my mind open to what is happening.

Are you a person that has a heightened Electromagnetic Field that blinks lights, or blows the bulb, changes the computer or telephone or it dials with only you thinking about the person?

These people are known as Sliders.  They slide in and out of Electromagnetic fields and sometimes not well. You may read about all of this if you wish to learn more go to:

My electromagnetic field will only amplify what is already there and draw unwanted situations to me if I am negative. It is my choice.  It always has been. I just never realized it before.  Ever angry and get a speeding ticket or drink too much or say way too much when you should have silently walked away and let it go?  Imagine how far out that energy blasts from your own body.  It can be intense.

Why not seek to control your Emotional Ch’i (Cosmic Breath of God) when stress or conflict or chaos comes your way?  You control the emotions, not the emotions controlling you.  It is similar to one of those “Tail wagging the dog” things.  IT IS YOUR LIFE AND YOUR BREATH.  GUARD IT WISELY.  IT IS ALL YOU REALLY HAVE.

Auras, Orbs and the Electromagnetic Field

This is a photo of my old tiny office where I channeled (pray and seek the direction) from God for others. Often in a photo other things will appear that are supernatural and cannot be seen by the human eye. As you can see flowing directly towards my chair is a huge channel of golden light. I cannot place it there. In fact I did not even know it was there until I was told by my Holy Spirit to take a photo of it and see what might be there that I was not seeing.

I know from seeing photos clients show me of their travels, sometimes after taking pictures and coming back home and developing the film, that often there are auras (a spiritual outline of a person or object), orbs (spirit beings), and energy fields that show up on the printouts. It is always a surprise to be able to “see” spiritual evidence in photos that our human eyes would not see of supernatural presences.

The only electric light on was in the center of the room and there were no mirrors to reflect this beam of light that appears in the photo. It appears by its own power, not mine. The light does not travel from the fixture in a bent beam direction. There has to be something else that is causing it to be directed towards my chair.

When I prayed about it what I heard is that I had been sitting for 10 hours in that chair except for a couple of short breaks while I had created an EZine and a newsletter, praying for help to say and do the right thing as I was sitting there.

I had actually done 3 channelings for clients while I was still seated in the chair during that time.

The Holy Spirit revealed to me that the Light was drawn down by the power of Prayer. It came from sitting in that chair and answering clients’ requests and praying while I do that to seek the wisdom of God. That is what being a reader or a channel, if one is seeking the Holy Spirit of God’s Wisdom, is all about. It is NOT my “holier than thou” attitude. I do not have one. It is only by seeking God through prayer that I am able to “see” the right direction for clients needs.

 

The Holy Spirit went on to say that each person has their own personal energy field that emanates Light or darkness. You have the power to raise your own positive energies or not. You can bring things of Love and the Light of God into your life or keep it just the way it is. Certainly your body, mind, and spirit release energies of actions, or emotions, good or bad, angry or glad, into your surrounding area. Every other single person in your environment is affected by your personal energies. If you are focusing on leading a life of positive vibrations that is what you bring more of into your life and Sacred Space (Your Home). You have control over your vibrations that can make every change you need to lift your Electromagnetic Energy Field to your highest good. Not only you benefit but all of those around you.

Think about the prayer energy you raise when you are seeking God for help for your family, friends, loved ones, or for yourself. By the life you live you are drawing a Holy Spirit energy of God to you to answer those prayers. It might be fun to photograph your meditation area or altar after you pray just to see what might show up on your photos. You are bringing the energy of God to you as you pray and it has huge impact on not only you, those you pray for, but also even the very environment where you pray.

Ever wonder why when you are saying your prayers in the car and almost have accidents and then don’t have them how you missed it? Imagine being surrounded by angels as you reach out and touch God with your prayers and praise. That is what intervenes for us, the supernatural beings of God that come to help us, drawn by our prayers. We are creating our own Holy Energy Field as we pray. This does not mean we will never have accidents. I am saying that often it seems like we have the Grace of God all around just to help us in all things. Use that Holy Energy Field to help you in all things. You will be surprised how it works for you. You DO NOT HAVE THE ACCIDENT BECAUSE GOD KNOWS IT IS NOT YOUR TIME TO LEAVE HERE FOR HEAVEN. HE SENDS YOUR ARCH ANGEL TO INTERCEDE FOR YOU, INSTANTANEOUSLY CREATING A “WAY OF ESCAPE” FROM THIS ACCIDENT TO EXTEND YOUR LIFE TO THE APPOINTED TIME OF YOUR DEPARTURE FROM LIFE UNTO DEATH.

With our heart as an “electronic hookup” that powers up every part of our body, mind and spirit, and the extra energy it brings creates a far reaching field of energy if you are upset, sad, depressed, or suffering in any way. It actually heightens and widens the expanse of the energy. The same is true for the good energy feelings.

We are intensifying energies with our emotions and could raise your personal Ch’i (Cosmic Breath of God within us) to a toxic level of stress. I had my first heart attack at 55. Please don’t take your stress to that level. I don’t recommend it.

Ever use several watch batteries in a year because you drain them? Do you pop light bulbs a lot? Do electronic things give you a fit if you are stressed out? Been in line at the checkout and silently seething with anger and impatience and then the cash register just locks up or all of the power in the place goes out and you are standing in darkness? Can you see how far your emotions reach out from your body to affect others and objects as well? Mechanical as well as electrical objects are all affected.

Your moods and emotions are wide open to be influenced by these surges of energies. Energies generate long term effects. Think about it before you act.

If everything is connected as it seems, it would only be in our best interest to use that energy power to our highest good. Doing acts of Good Karma lifts the energies in the most positive sense and comes back to bless you threefold (3 times). Likewise leaning towards the darkness creates a negative energy field of its own. Holding anger or revenge or wishing for those things will return the same energy unto you threefold as well. Not a good thing.

Find ways to bless others. Donate time, love or money to others or charities or churches. Lift up your personal Electromagnetic Field to a level higher than ever before. Do good without telling anyone. God KNOWS. He is your audience of one. He is the only audience that matters.

Give things away you do not use. Bless strangers with a smile or hold the door for them. Be unselfish and loving to all. Let someone ahead of you in line in the traffic and watch the surprise on their faces. Anything you do for the Light of God, with a pure intention to be a blessing, will bring you wonderful energy for your own life.

Ask in prayer that you receive Holy Spirit gifts of God if you wish to see supernatural occurrences around you. Find these listed in I. Corinthians 12:8-10. He will be happy to help you if you want to increase your abilities. Watch for signs and miracles to show up. They will if you want them to. You decide what would help you and ask for it in prayer. We are all God’s children and He is willing to share endless gifts with us if only we pray and desire for it to be so. And of course, be thankful.

One instant positive way to “Raise the Vibration” level all around you is to play The Secret DVD. I tell clients “Even is you are doing your laundry and not watching The Secret but are able to hear it, it will ‘lift up’ the vibrations and draw whatever your intentions are at that time, to you. While it is playing go right on with your regular activities. The extra energy will set The Law of Attraction into motion for your intentions. We can use all of the help we can get.

Work on your personal Electromagnetic Field today. You never know what benefits you will enjoy because you decided to make changes, if you don’t start now.

ANGEL PROTECTION FOR YOUR HOME

The idea that four archangels each represent a cardinal point is not a part of mainstream Christianity; there are no Bible verses as evidence. The association of the archangels with the four directions預s well as with the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water擁s a belief that comes from the Kabbalah, a religion that is thousands of years old and is the basis of Jewish mysticism.

Do you know that the four Archangels represent a specific cardinal point: St. Raphael the East, St. Michael the South, St. Gabriel the west, and St. Uriel the North?

I found out years ago that when I printed out their names on a piece of paper and cut them apart so I had one Angel for each wall of my bedroom that God’s Divine Protection got so much stronger and my bad dreams stopped immediately. I was so inspired by this that I printed out Arch Angel Names, in a set of all four on separate pieces of paper and cut them apart and scotch taped them onto each wall of my rooms throughout the house ON THE WALLS THAT MOST CLOSELY REPRESENT THE DIRECTIONS IN YOUR HOME OF EACH OF THE FOUR CARDINAL DIRECTIONS.

Things really began to change in the most positive way possible after I INSTALLED ARCH ANGEL PROTECTION ON EVERY WALL IN THE HOUSE. These have Sacred Protection Energies whether they are visible or invisible to others. YOU & GOD KNOW THEY ARE THERE. THAT IS ALL THAT IS NECESSARY. They will activate, through your FAITH IN GOD, THAT HE WILL SEND THE ANGEL PROTECTION TO YOU. THE NAMES OF THE ARCHANGELS ARE USED WITH THEIR NAMES ON PIECES OF PAPER, TO SYMBOLICALLY BRING ARCHANGEL’S UNTO YOUR HOME.

Here is the list of all you will need. Print them out, cut them apart and tape them on all four walls of each room in your home IF you desire angel protection to be present in your home. As you place them START WITH THE EAST AND ST. RAPHAEL AND ADD THE OTHERS. Place the East Arch Angel on the wall you feel is as close to the Easterly direction in your room as possible. Likewise, follow through with the Arch Angels in order of their direction. It is spoken of in the Holy Bible that when God comes back for us that He will come from the East. In honor of that, I am beginning with the East, and the other directions should be placed on your walls in the order below.

The couple “staged” the arch to be centered in front of the Holy Cross and Altar display. As they planned, when photographed for their wedding picture, the Holy Cross of God shines between them. Wow!

Both of them truly believe that God “found” each one for the other. We all believe as well that He did this for them. He is a huge fan of true love. He has left such a glow on their faces of Divine Love. What a wonderful sight to see.

Before I wrote this article I talked to them about all of their planning and they said one of the most difficult things was to set the stage in their official Wedding Photo as man and wife to Highlight the Holy Cross of Jesus, symbolizing all His life meant to each of them, and all of those they love. To them featuring the Holy Cross IS the most important symbol to be shared between them in the future of their lives together as husband and wife, as a symbolic Blessing of God and Jesus’ Victory over Death, Hell and the Grave with Glorious Resurrection, and the promise of Loving Salvation. This was their desire so all that saw it would know they felt God had brought them together, at this time in their lives, to begin a new life of Love until death do us part, a lifelong commitment for each other, one unto the other.

They said it took several tries to get the perfect photo with the perfect positioning of the Holy Cross between them to be featured as the uniting Symbol of God’s Blessing to bring them to each other and the love of God they share between them. Truly it sends a special message of being United in Christ through Holy Marriage, under the Power of The Holy Cross of Jesus.  Awesome!

I want to thank Dennis & Lisa for sharing their lovely wedding photographs with us. We all really appreciate it. All of your efforts precious Lisa & Dennis here at the beginning of your new lives together show incredible “Creative Fire” as you planned with such loving thoughtfulness in every single concept.

Nursing Home’s Large Bird Cage filled with Birds for Resident’s Enjoyment

POWER FENG SHUI with REAL BIRDS BRINGS WAVES OF JOY TO RESIDENTS DAILY.

Recently my love’s mother Ruth, 91, fell and broke her hip. When she was moved to the Monticello Assisted Living & Healthcare facility in Monticello, Indiana and I visited the first time I was delighted to find that they had a wonderful bird cage filled with lively little birds of all kinds for the fun, interest and amusement of not only their residents but also for those visiting.  Everyone just adores those little birds and they furnish hours of pleasure for those that spend time watching their antics.  This is such a stimulating activity for those confined there or those there briefly for physical therapy. It keeps clients fascinated for lengths of time while they are watching all of the playing and chasing of the birds as they enjoy their lives on display for all to see.

This is an excellent idea for everyone to enjoy. It is a huge blessing of joy for all to appreciate. I am glad Ruth is in a wonderful, safe, well cared for facility and that she can enjoy those birds everyday as she passes them on her way to the dining room. Everyone is drawn to the excitement of the bird’s remarkable glassed in cage in prime view. Any location that cares for the elderly would only benefit from having a bird cage filled with chirping, singing little birds.

IF you have a chance to donate birds, cages and maintenance supplies to a local Nursing Home, it will not only help those living there, it will promote Good Karma for you. There are so many blessings that bounce back to us IF we help when we can, to uplift others…. MAY GOD BLESS YOUR POWER FENG SHUI.

Angels, Power Feng Shui, & Higher Power Principles to Insure Success

Ever wonder why some people seemingly get all of the opportunities or the lucky breaks and others of us do not? Sometimes it’s a little dismaying, even causing us from time to time to wonder if we are living under a curse. Did we anger God as we know Him? Has He finally decided to get even? Am I reaping what I have sewn? Enough bad luck, unfortunate coincides, traffic tickets, loser bosses or co-workers wrecking havoc on our psyche, raging children or in-laws or outlaws and we begin to wonder just what it is we might be doing to bring all of this upon ourselves.

Is it karmic? Was I a real jerk in a possible past life and now I have to learn whatever lessons it is that I may or may not recognize? What if I don’t want to learn it? What if I refuse?

All of these very valid questions offer us points to ponder in a possible rational explanation that we could maybe be responsible and that would be the logical reason why we are suffering.

Logic or not, do you want to keep suffering? Wouldn’t you like to see things in your life simply flow…and you not have to live on edge?

There are things you can change, tangible and intangible, real and transcendental cures that will impact you and those in your environment more than you can ever imagine. The wisdom that I have collected over the last 23+ years through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, His leadings and teachings has proven not only to me, but to my clients as well in their lives, that trusting your own personal Holy Spirit to guide your life is the foundation to the road to success. Once an individual gets in touch with the GOD PART of their psyche or spirit, purifies it, sets and maintains a high standard code of honor and seeks to live by it, balancing the peace and harmony within, blessing not only others, but themselves as well, life changes forever, and improves as we have never known it. Changes for the good, not the bad, begin to happen very quickly. A peace settles upon the soul that blesses from within. That peace when nurtured by an environment of spiritual accord and balance, will spread past our personal blessings into the others in our lives, as they stop by our home or office. You will notice their lives change as well.

For those of you that fear I am deluding myself, let me appeal to your sense of logic and reason. If you don’t believe in gravity, does it care? No, it simply continues to affect your life whether you believe or not. Gravity will pull you, with or without your consent. It is a balance with the Earth’s energy that exists and we must accept. The same holds true of the energy that surrounds you. It has a pull, either negative or positive and it will influence you whether or not you believe it exists. Energy is charged by many forces, on a cosmic level, on an Earth plane, within the separate countries or states, down to the individual cities and townships where we live. Going further, the family energy that is either in balance or off, has a life of its’ own. The family’s energy is made up of the separate and individual personal energy of each member of that family, whether they are all living under the same roof or not. It would seem then that the individual and their state of mind, their peace and harmonic balance, would be the most important of all. If there is no balance, there is no harmony. If peace is absent, anxiety is often present followed by anger, spoken or unspoken boiling deeply within.

If the individual’s energy spirit is the most important, it follows that perhaps we should be spending a little more time being good to that soul and nurturing it, inside as well as out. I’m not talking hot fudge or other occasional binges we may participate in attached to life’s little celebrations. Where you rest that soul at night, how you feed it with toxic or non-toxic information, the sacred space you live in and the energies present all dramatically impact the soul condition. Bringing that soul up to its’ higher self and seeing life turn around to be meaningful and prosperous would be the ultimate success. Seeing your loved ones blessed by your initial efforts could have a completely different impact upon them than the message you are sending out to them now.

These are the things I seek to help demystify so you may find your life much more productive, balanced and successful. You are the only one that can take charge and make these changes. You have to want to. All of the good advice from all of the well wishers in the world plus $.50 will buy you a phone call in the domestic U.S. The phone call you know you can trust, unless of course the telephone happens to malfunction and keep your money and deny you the service. But the tried and true, some proven or unproved wisdom from friends or loved ones may not be what we want to hear. Change must start from within the individual and manifest from that new energy, outward. It goes out to the home, the work, the friends, the associates and the neighbors. Our neighbors even include people that surround us in traffic. If we have anger and aggression it can really show up in a traffic jam. The true soul reveals itself in the most intense of times. Showing our true colors, generating the energy from within sometimes sends a communication we wish later that we had not revealed. It may not be an image we can be proud of or wish our children to imitate.

If we take charge, changing the inside to comfort our soul, balancing the harmony in our sacred space and thus allow peace to rule, it sends a message to the universe, to God as we know him and to every other creature we may come in contact with in our daily travels. That message has an energy of its’ own that radiates or projects positive vibes or feelings outward, blessing as it flows. As the balance is achieved, positive vibrations sending out the right message, the way you were meant to live attracts the positive charges from the universe, the blessings as they were meant to be, to you, your life and those surrounding you. As the blessings start to flow from the Creator in charge of this universe, you will feel as though you are greatly tuned into your spirit. There is an almost unbelievable peace that takes control of your life and destiny. This in fact is the main secret that so many overlook. Soul survival is what we are accustomed to. “The peace that passeth all understanding,” (Philippians 4:7) spoken of in the scriptures is what we may obtain for ourselves and share among our loved ones.

To entertain that peace within your soul is contagious. It will positively spread blessing loving energy to all that you meet. It is a choice. Everything is. As you define, sort out and purify your existence, the peace from within draws the success and motivation that you will need to find your destiny from the Creator as you know Him, or from the central creative force of the universe. It matters not what name you assign to God as you know Him, only that you use your knowledge and wisdom to discern for yourself how to live and worship in a manner that will be the most supremely beneficial for you to honor Him and yourself in the process as well.

This is the essence of unraveling the mystery of your life. You are the only one that can do that for yourself. I can offer suggestions, but if you are not willing to try, past your present personal situations using your personal faith and belief system, then it will never happen. You may not agree with all of the things mentioned here. I know I certainly did not agree with any philosophy that was not what I was brought up to accept. I have been directed many times, through prayer, faith and using spiritual wisdom to test the spirit(s) of new things that took me past my learned prejudices against other philosophies. My Higher Power has taken me on a grand adventure to be whole and healed, and able to face anything that may confront me in the future.

I never knew I could feel whole and healed.  I thought that part came after, and only after I sacrificed my whole life to being one of those good little church folks that gave up everything. Hopefully God would take notice upon my death and take me to Heaven. Or if the Christian Rapture took place, I was hoping to go to the good place in the twinkling of an eye. The scriptures promise we will have a new body and a new life. That seemed like a very distant future with a bonus at the end to me.

Never did it occur to me that I could introduce spiritual power into my life to manifest healing and wholeness within my body and spirit by using the supreme power of the Holy Spirit. Learning to live by your Holy Spirit will not only bless everything it touches, it will show you the way to truths that will work in your life and allow you to achieve a cushion of paradise all around your very existence on a daily basis. It is unlikely that God will give us the lotto no matter how much we might ask in prayer. He will however, give us spiritual wisdom as He pours out a new awareness upon our lives.

What will come about in an almost unbelievable manner, is an intensity of the Holy Spirit flowing through our lives to the point of being so “in tune” that we may feel like we have hit the lotto in our own personal circumstances.

Why not give it a try? If you are like most of us, you are willing to try just about anything to grasp even momentary peace or solitude. Use the parts of this publication that give you a good feeling. Discard the rest. Pray, meditate and feel the trust within your soul for your Holy Spirit. You are the keeper of your soul and only you get to make the decisions on its’ well being and balance. Only you can know, as your Creator leads you, what will be the best set of rules for you to live by. If you join with Him, a partnership is forged that is eternal. No one is able to take your power of discernment away from you. Only you can have this control over your own life. You are able to give away your choices of course, but that would be your choice.

Open your mind and your wisdom to some new concepts. They will change your life, only for the best, forever.

I invite you to look at your life as a grand adventure and explore your personal Holy Spirit as a daily, hands on blessing to you and those around you. Let God as you receive Him be the cruise director of your ship on the seas of life. You will be shocked what develops when you trust the instincts He placed there within you, to lead your life to the highest peaks possible for personal as well as professional success.

Power Up Your Vibrations by Creating a Meditation Room

If you are interested in drawing the highest level of vibrational energy into your home, I highly recommend creating a Meditation Room from a small bedroom or study, back porch or sun room. Bring all of your Holy things: pictures, sculptures, angels, icons of any kind, together into one place. If you have a family Bible or any other Holy books of Scripture, especially if they belonged to Grandma, they are “road tested” for getting miracles for years before you received them. All of the vibrations of the prayers & concerns that occurred surrounding them lift their energy to a higher level of the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction works to bring more of the same type of energy to you that you are sending out. In other words, your vibrations attract like-kind types of situations to you.

If you have gifts of art from family or loved ones that are spiritually oriented, this is the place for them as well. Not only does the “giver” love you, they spent special time looking for the gifts, during the time they were thinking about the love they hold for you. These things are not lucky, they are blest by that love.

Bring in candles, lamps, chairs, tables, or anything you treasure to raise the vibrations here as well. Drape the windows with flowing fabric of your favorite color. Purple is Empowering, Blue brings Wisdom, Pink is a wonderful color to increase the vibrations of Love & Relationships. Gold of course, brings Increased Good Health & Prosperity.

If you have snapshots from visits to Holy Places, print out a few on the computer, mat them with construction paper & create groups to draw special vibrations of that Holy Place to whatever areas you feel led by your Holy Spirit. Even postcards or small pictures of the Holy Saints can create high energy levels of Holy Spirit to bring special & unique settings into your Meditation Room. Change those vibes!

Note: You can use scotch tape to place these on the walls, rather than buy expensive frames. You can rearrange them to change the energies when you like and to “freshen” the energies you receive..

Recently I visited a home that was completely decorated with angels. It was loaded with “waves of love” I felt from the moment I entered. Each angel had been a gift & the feelings of those loving vibrations were just so warm & peaceful during my visit, I was amazed. Of course, I was “feeling the love”, peace, & joy that the loved ones had sent, along with their gifts to my client. It was just simply a fabulous feeling.

Work on creating your own personal Meditation Room & lift your vibrations to a higher level of Holy Spirit. You will see the answers to your prayers come so much quicker when you have a room set aside for blessing your beliefs in God.
